The purpose of this study is to develop mathematics-based teaching materials with the TPACK integrated Creative Problem Solving model. method used in research Borg & Gall model development including needs analysis, product design, development, implementation and evaluation. subjects were class XII B XI C students SMAN 2 Selong totaling 70 students. results showed that developed included valid category according material experts linguists. Teaching are also classified as practical based on student responses after using during learning. effective indicated by t count = 23.71 > table =1.66. In conclusion, high school mathematics an creative problem solving can improve learning outcomes integral materials.
